Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to ninjadex.org and pages such as About, Treasury Bonds, How It Works, and Verify the system, and to related use of the Open App at defi.ninjadex.org.
It should be read with the Terms of Service, including the risk disclosure. Public blockchains are independently visible to anyone; this policy cannot make on-chain activity private.
Who this covers
NinjaDEX operates the public website and points customers to the Open App for protocol features (Treasury Bonds, bNDX settlement, verification views, and related tools). If a page or contract names another operator, that operator’s notice also applies.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, language, referring URL, pages viewed (for example Home, Bonds, Verify), and approximate timestamps. Hosting and content-delivery logs typically create this data automatically.
- Usage data — how you move through the site (scroll, navigation, Open App clicks). The marketing site does not currently load a named third-party advertising pixel.
- Communications — if you contact us through channels we publish, the content of that message and any contact details you include.
- Wallet and protocol data — if you use the Open App, a public wallet address, network, transaction hashes, Treasury Bond positions, bNDX balances, claims, and similar contract events. That data is inherent to using a self-custodial DeFi interface.
We do not ask the marketing site for your seed phrase or private keys. Never send those to anyone claiming to represent NinjaDEX.
Public blockchain data
Treasury Bonds, bNDX transfers, liquidity, Yield Reserve Fund inflows, and verification checkpoints described on the Verify pages are designed to be checkable on public networks. Wallet addresses and transactions you broadcast are public by design. NinjaDEX cannot delete them from the chain. Public verification materials (treasury wallets, locks, reserves, YRF) may display addresses and flows that are already on-chain.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and Open App.
- Show the products we describe to customers: bond funding in USDT, bNDX settlement, disclosed accrual parameters, and verification views.
- Diagnose errors, abuse, and service attacks.
- Meet legal, tax, and regulatory requests where required.
- Communicate about the Services if you have contacted us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the marketing site to run interest-based ad auctions.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated. On-chain records last as long as the network exists. Support messages are kept long enough to handle your request and any legal hold.
International processing
NinjaDEX is used from many countries. Technical and protocol data may be processed where our providers or public nodes operate. If you access the Services, you understand that this transfer is necessary to provide a global website and app.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data we hold off-chain, or to object to specific processing. We will honor those rights where they apply and where we can identify you.
We cannot erase public blockchain entries, Treasury Bond history, or bNDX transfers that you (or the protocol) already published. You can stop new website collection by leaving the site, and stop new app collection by disconnecting your wallet and not sending further transactions.
Children
The Services are not for anyone under 18 (or the age of majority, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us using the details below so we can delete off-chain records we control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, Open App, or verification practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we post a new version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
